FIBA, magsasagawa ng disciplinary proceedings kaugnay ng gulo sa pagitan ng Gilas at Australia
Magsasagawa ng disciplinary proceedings ang world basketball governing body na FIBA kaugnay ng gulo sa pagitan ng mga koponan ng Gilas Pilipinas at Australia sa isinasagawang Basketball World Cup qualifiers sa Philippine Arena.
Sa anunsyon sa official Twitter account nito, ay ilalabas ang desisyon kaugnay ng gulo sa mga susunod na araw.
Nasa 13 mga manlalaro ang tinanggal sa laban kung saan 9 ang mula sa Pilipinas at 4 naman sa Australia.
Kasama sa mga tinanggal sa laro ay sina Terrence Romeo, Carl Bryan Cruz, Jayson Castro, Calvin Abueva, Andray Blatche, Roger Pogoy, Troy Rosario, Japeth Aguilar at Matthew Wright.
Habang sina Chris Goulding, Thon Maker, Daniel Kickert at Nathan Sobey naman ang sa panig ng Australia.
Kasunod nito ay natanggal din sa laro sina June Mar Fajardo at Gabe Norwood dahil sa foul.
Dahil si Baser Amer na lang ang naiiwang manlalaro ng Gilas, ay dito na idineklarang panalo ang Australia sa score na 89-53.
