Trending na umano’y motorist’joint advisory peke ayon sa DOTr
Peke ang lumutang na joint advisory ng Land Transportation Office kasama ang Armed Forces of the Philippines and Philippine National Police o PNP.
Ito ang nilinaw ng Department of Transportation o DOTr.
Sa naturang advisory nakasaad na simula raw July 01, 2018 ay papatawan ng multa ang mga lalabag sa Republic Act 4136 o Land Transportation Rules and Regulations.
Pero sinabi ng DOTr na walang inilalabas na joint advisory ang LTO.
Dagdag naman ni LTO Law Enforcement Service Chief Francis Ray Almora, walang batas na “anti-muffler modification act of 2016” na batay sa pekeng advisory ay may katumbas na P5,000.
Payo ng DOTr at LTO sa publiko, maniwala lamang sa mga impormasyon na galing sa mga lehitimong sources gaya ng official socia media account ng mga kaukulang ahensya ng gobyerno.
Inaalam na rin ng mga concerned government agencies kung sino ang nagpakalat ng nasabing maling impormasyon.
