P6M halaga ng hindi rehistradong pampaganda, nakumpiska sa Cavite

Nasamsam ng mga otoridad ang aabot sa P6.5 milyon na halaga ng mga hindi rehistradong health and beauty products sa dalawang sinalakay na warehouse sa Imus City, Cavite.

Ang pagsalakay ay isinagawa ng mga tauhan ng Anti-Fraud and Commercial Crimes Unit ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Group.

Naaresto sa operasyon ang may-ari ng kumpanya na si Zynor Gacusan, kaniyang assistant na si Fea Shane Feniza, at caretaker ng warehouse na si Cris Ramirez.

Bitbit ng mga otoridad ang search warrants na inisyu ni Judge Agripino Morga ng Regional Trial Court branches 29 to 32 ng San Pablo City, Laguna, para sa kasong paglabag sa Food and Drug Administration (FDA) law.

Ayon kay Imus City police chief, Supt. Audi Madrideo, walang rehistro sa FDA ang mga produkto na kinabibilangan ng mga shampoo, whitening soap, slimming tea and coffee, sun block, facial clay masks, at detoxifying products.

Bago ang raid, isang FDA agent na nagpanggap na buyer ang nakipagtransaksyon kina Gacusan at Feniza.

Dadalhin sa Camp Crame ang mga nasabat na produkto.
