Nakita ang plastik sa messenger wire sa pagitan ng southbound lane ng Santolan at Ortigas Stations pasado alas dos ng hapon.
Ang overhead messenger wire ang nagsu-supply ng kuryente sa MRT-3.
Sa kabila ng aberya, sinabi ni MRT-3 Media Relations Officer Aly Narvaez na walang ipinatupad na provisional service.
