Kontrobersyal na probisyon sa BBL ipinaubaya ni Pangulong Duterte sa constitutional convention

Ipauubaya na ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa constitutional convention ang pagresolba sa mga kontrobersyal na probisyon ng Bangsamoro Basic Law.

Ayon sa pangulo, patuloy siyang umaasa na mapaplantsa ng dalawang kapulungan ang BBL.

Sa ngayon, isasalang pa sa bicameral conference committee ang BBD.

Ayon sa pangulo, sakali mang hindi makalusot ang BBL, mananatili pa rin ang kasalukuyang porma ng gibyerno na centralized government.

“And I know in the coming days I hope that the BBL, however fractured it may be to the others, we will see the light of day and just maybe reserve the portion that are with issues during the Constitutional convention. Never mind if it does not pass. If we opt to be a centralized form of government until now we maintain the system,”
