Pinakakasuhan ng Office of the Ombudsman si dating Vice President at dating Makati City Mayor Jejomar Binay kaugnay ng maanomalyang ari-arian ng Boy Scouts of the Philippines sa Makati City.
Ayon sa Ombudsman, inirekomenda ng Field Investigation Office ang pagsasampa kay Binay ng kasong paglabag sa Sections 3(e) at 3(g) ng Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act.
Gayunman, kinakailangan pang isailalim ito sa preliminary invesigation para malaman ang probable cause.
Nag-ugat ito sa P600 Million pagbenta ng ari-arian ng BSP sa Malugay Street sa Alphaland Makati Place Inc. noong June, 2011.
Ayon sa Ombudsman, masyadong mababa ang halaga ng presyo nito dahil nakasaad sa Ombnibus Loan and Security Agreement ng BSP at Alphaland ay nakasangla nang P1.75 Billion.
Nauna nang sinabi ng kampo ni Binay na above board ang nasabing bentahan.
