Testigo ng prosekusyon sumalang sa pagdinig sa kaso laban kay Kerwin Espinosa
Sumalang sa witness stand at cross examination ang testigo ng prosekusyon laban sa self-confessed drug lord na si Kerwin Espinosa.
Sa muling pagpapatuloy ng hearing sa Manila Regiongl Trial Court Branch 26, ginisa ng mga abogado ni Espinosa si Marcelo Adorco.
Si Adorco ay dating body guard ng nasawi na si dating Mayor Rolando Espinosa.
Naaresto si Adorco noong July 2016 at kabilang sa ipinrisintang ebidensya sa korte ang mga larawan sa pagkakadakip dito.
Nagkaroon pa ng problema dahil hirap si Adorco na magsalita at makaunawa ng tagalog.
Si Judge Silvino Pampilo, Jr., ang nagsilbing interpreter para samagkabilang-panig.
Nag-iisang testigo si Adorco din ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Group’s (CIDG) ng PNP sa reklamong nabasura noon ng DOJ panel of prosecutors noong December 20, 2017.
Dumalo din sa nasabing pagdinig si Espinosa na nakasuot ng bullet proof vest.
