Si Dela Cerna ay una nang inireklamo ng mga empleyado ng Philhealth sa madalas na pagbiyahe sa loob ng bansa at pananatili sa ilang mamahaling hotel.
Base sa isang source sa Malakanyang, nakapili na ng Acting Philhealth Chief ang pangulo sa katauhan ni Dr. Roy Ferrer.
Si Ferrer ay isa sa mga board members ng Philhealth, partikular at kinatawan ng employers’ sector.
Tubong Davao City si Ferrer at isang diabetes specialist.
Sa isang text message ni Ferrer sa ilang kagawad ng media, kinumpirma ni Ferrer na napili siya ni Pangulong Duterte na maging acting pPhilhealth chief, kapalit ni Dela Serna.
Nangako naman si Ferrer na aayusin niya ang pagbibigay serbisyo sa publiko.
