3 sundalo, sugatan sa sagupaan sa Davao Oriental
Sugatan ang tatlong sundalo matapos magbakbakan ang tropa ng pamahalaan at mga hinihinalang miyembro ng New People’s Army (NPA) sa Lupon, Davao Oriental dakong 3:42, Sabado ng hapon.
Ayon kay Chief Insp. Milgrace Driz, tagapagsalita ng Southern Mindanao police, nagsasagawa ng combat operations ang Scout Ranger Battalion ng Philippine Army sa Purok Kinawasan, San Isidro village nang sumiklab ang engkwentro sa hindi pa matukoy na bilang ng mga rebelde.
Batay sa military report, nakilala ang mga sugatang sundalo na sina Sgt. Benjie Ortizano at Privates First Class Juniel Llasgpo at Warren Amora.
Hindi pa tiyak kung may namatay o sugatan sa panig ng mga rebelde.
