Panukalang pagdurog sa ARMM lusot na sa tatlong komite sa Kamara
Lusot na sa tatlong komite sa Kamara ang panukalang Bangsamoro Basic Law o House Bill 6475.
Hiwalay ang naging botohan ng House Committee on Local Government, Muslim Affairs at Special Committee on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity.
Sa ilalim ng BBL nakasaad ang kasunduan ng pamahalaan at Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) na nabuo noon pang panahon ni dating Pangulong Benigno Aquino III.
Nakasaad sa panukala na bubuwagin na ang Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao at papalitan ito ng Bangsamoro Entity.
Sa ilalim nito, mananatili sa national government ang kapangyarihan may kaugnayan sa defense, external security, foreign policy, monetary policy, coinage, postal service at postal service.
Kasama rin dito ang citizenship, naturalization, immigration at customs and tarrif.
Itinatakda rin dito ang bagong institutional arrangement sa pagitan ng Bangsamoro entity at National Government kasama ang wealth at revenue sharing.
