Itinalaga ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte si Francisco Moreno Domagoso o mas kilala bilang dating Manila Vice Mayor Isko Moreno na bagong undersecretary sa Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
Bago sa DSWD ay itinalaga ng pangulo si Moreno bilang chairman ng North Luzon Railways Corporation noong June, 2017 subalit nagbitiw ito sa pwesto makalipas lamang ang ilang buwan.
Bukod kay Moreno ay itinalaga rin ng pangulo si Sherwin Rigor bilang undersecretary ng DENR, Antonio Joselito Lambino III bilang assistant secretary ng Department of Finance at Gerard Melocoton Camina bilang miyembro ng board of directors ng Bases Conversion and Development Authority nilagdaan ng pangulo ang appointment papers ng bagong apat na opisyal noong May 8 lamang.
