QC Councilor Roderick Paulate naglagak ng piyansa sa Sandiganbayan
Naglagak ng P246,000 na piyansa sa Sandiganbayan si Quezon City Councilor at aktor na si Roderick Paulate.
Ito ay makarang mag-isyu ng warrant of arrest ang anti-graft court laban sa kaniya sa kasong graft at falsification dahil sa pagkakaroon umano ng 30 ghost employees noong 2010.
Biyernes din nang i-raffle ng Sandiganbayan ang kaniyang kaso at napunta ito sa seventh division.
Ang kapwa-akusado naman ni Paulate at kaniyang driver/liaison officer na si Vicente Esquilon Bajamunde ay naglagak ng piyansa na P220,000.
Si Paulate at Bajamunde ay sanampahan ng reklamo ng Office of the Ombudsman ng paglabag sa Section 3(e) ng Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act at walong bilang ng falsification of public document.
Nahaharap din si Paulate sa kasong falsification by a public officer.
