Case file kaugnay sa war on drugs malapit ng matapos ng PNP
Malapit nang makumpleto ng Philippine National Police (PNP) ang paghahanda sa case files kaugnay ng giyera kontra droga na isusumite sa Korte Suprema.
Ayon kay PNP spokesperson Chief Supt. John Bulalacao, naihanda na ng Directorate for Investigation and Detective Management ang 80% ng mga kasong ito.
Aniya, naisumite na nila ang mga kaso sa Office of the Solicitor General na siyang magsusumite sa Korte Suprema.
Ayon kay Bulalacao, ang natitirang 20% ng mga kaso ay isusumite pa lang sa kanila ng police units mula sa malalayong lugar.
Inatasan ng Korte Suprema ang OSG at PNP na isumite ang case files ng halos 4,000 drug suspects na napatay sa mga operasyon kontra droga mula July 2016 hanggang November 2017.
