Binigyan ng Accreditation ng Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board ang isa pang ride hailing company.
Ang accreditation bilang transportation network company ay para sa Ipara Technologies and Solutions Inc., operator ng ride-sharing platform na Owto.
Tatagal ang ibinigay ng accreditation ng LTFRB sa Owto sa loob ng dalawang taon simula sa petsa ng pag-apruba.
Ayon kay LTFRB Board Members Aileen Lizada, ang Ipara company o Owto ang ikaapat na TNC na na-accredit ng ahensya kasunod ng pagkawala ng Uber dahil sa pagbili dito ng Grab.
