Atty. Larry Gadon, hiniling na patawan ng disbarment
Naghain ng disbarment case ang ilang indibiduwal laban kay Atty. Larry Gadon, ang pangunahing complainant sa impeachment case ni Chief Justice on leave Maria Lourdes Sereno.
Ang reklamo ay inihain sa Commission on Bar Discipline ng Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
Inaakusahan si Gadon ng gross immoral conduct, gross misconduct, at paglabag sa Lawyer’s oath.
Nag-ugat ang mga reklamo sa maangas at bastos na pag uugali na ipinakita ni Gadon sa Baguio City noong Abril 10.
Magugunita na minura, tinawag na bobo at nag dirty finger pa si Gadon sa mga nagtitipong taga suporta ni Sereno.
Ang inasta ni Gadon ay nakunan pa ng broadcast media at photo journalists.
Giit ng mga complainant dahil sa mga sablay na ipinakita ni Gadon hindi na ito nararapat pang magpatuloy sa pagtatrabaho bilang abogado.
