Mananatili sa Camp Bagong Diwa sa Taguig City sina dating Bureau of Immigration deputy commissioners Al Argosino at Michael Robles at si retired police official Wally Sombero Jr.
Sina Argosino at Robles ay kapwa naghain ng mosyon sa Sandiganbayan para mailipat sila sa Philippine National Police (PNP) Custodial Center sa Camp Crame pero kalaunan ay binawi nila ito.
Pinaburan naman ng Sandiganbayan ang pagbawi ng dalawa sa kanilang naunang mosyon kaya mananatili sila sa Camp Bagong Diwa.
Samantala, ibinasura naman ng Sandiganbayan ang mosyon ni Sombero na mailipat siya sa PNP Custodial Center dahil sa pangamba sa kaniyang kaligtasan.
Ayon sa anti-graft court, ang PNP Custodial Center ay nag-aaccommodate lang ng bilanggo “on a temporary basis” habang nakabinbin ang paglipat sa nararapat na detention facility.
