Outgoing AFP Chief of Staff Rey Guerrero maghihintay muna ng announcement sa kanyang pag-upo sa MARINA
Maghihintay na lamang ng bagong announcement mula kay Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte si Outgoing Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Chief of Staff General Rey Leonardo Guerrero para sa bago nitong posisyon sa gobyerno.
Si Guerrero ay nagretiro na ngayong araw at pinalitan ni Incoming AFP Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Carlito Galvez sa turnover ceremony sa Camp Aguinaldo.
Bagaman una nang sinabi ng pangulo na mauupo si Guerrero bilang pinuno ng Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA), kanyang sinabi na kailangan pa ng actual appointment order para masabing opisyal na ang pagkakatalaga niya sa pwesto.
Samantala, magpupulong naman ang AFP Board of Generals upang pag-usapan ang pagtatalaga ng bagong Western Mindanao Command Commander kapalit ni General Galvez.
Sinabi ni General Guerrero na habang wala pang napipili bahala muna si General Galvez na magtalaga ng Officer in Charge sa WESMINCOM.
Mahigpit na bilin naman ni Guerrero kay Galvez na maging masigasig pa para sa security situation ng bansa, partikular aniya sa bahagi ng Mindanao at mga maritime area.
