Hirit ni Sereno na bayaran ng overtime pay ang kanyang mga staff, pinaboran ng Korte Suprema
Kinatigan ng Korte Suprema ang hiling ni Chief Justice on leave Maria Lourdes Sereno na mabayaran ang overtime pay at allowances ng kanyang mga staff at close-ni security.
Ang desisyon ng SC en banc ay ipinalabas matapos ang kanilang deliberasyon sa Baguio City.
Nauna nang nagpadala kay acting Chief Justice Antonio Carpio ng apat na pahinang memorandum si Fiscal Management and Budget Office Head at Deputy Clerk of Court Corazon Ferrer-Flores para hilingin sa en banc na desisyunan ang hirit na ito ni Sereno.
Sinasabing aabot sa mahigit 30 bilang ng close-in security at staff ni Sereno na ihinihirit nito ng overtime pay mula March 1 hanggang March 30, 2018.
