P2M halaga ng shabu nasabat sa isang drug suspect sa Cebu City
Aabot sa P2 milyon halaga ng shabu ang nasabat sa isinagawang buy-bust operation ng mga otoridad sa Cebu City.
Naaresto sa nasabing operasyon sa Sitio Sampaguita Barangay Tejero ang 39 anyos na suspek na itinuturing na high-value target.
Ang operasyon ay ikinasa ng pinagsanib na puwersa ng Drug Enforcement Group (DEG), Regional Intelligence Division (RID), at Cebu City Police Office (CCPO).
Ayon kay Supt. Glenn Mayam, hepe ng DEG-Central Visayas, ang suspek ang nagsu-suplay ng ilegal na droga sa Metro Cebu and mga karatig na bayan.
Nakuha sa kaniya ang aabot sa 175 na gramo ng shabu at boodle money.
Mahaharap siya sa kasong paglabag sa Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
