Aabot sa 10,000 na sako ng bigas ang inihatid sa bodega ng National Food Authority sa Quezon city.
Galing ang mga regular milled rice mula sa Nueva Ecija at inihatid ng 17 trucks sa NFA warehouse ngayong umaga ng Lunes, April 16.
Ang nasabing mga bigas ay nakatakdang ibenta sa halagang P39 per kilo sa mga pamilihan.
Pero ayon kay Victor del Rosario, pangulo ng Nueva Ecija Rice Millers Association, bibigyan ng prayoridad ng mga bagong NFA rice ang mga lugar na kapos na supply ng bigas. /
