IT company kinasuhan dahil sa hindi pagbabayad ng P200M na buwis
Kinasuhan ng Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) sa Department of Justice ang isang information technology (IT) solutions firm na hindi nagbayad ng buwis na aabot sa P200 milyon noong 2010.
Nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa Section 255 kaugnay ng Sections 253 (d) at 256 ng Tax Code ang Mannasoft Technology Corporation at pangulo nito na si Hans Dee, treasurer Rosalinda Dee at assistant vice president for finance Alma Fernandez.
Ayon sa BIR, aabot sa P199.59 milyon ang hindi binayarang buwis ng Mannasoft, kabilang ang increments noong 2010.
Ayon sa IT solutions firm, ang Mannasoft ay isang “award-winning global developer” at provider ng IT solutions.
