5 mahistrado, hindi sasama sa deliberasyon ng Quo Warranto petition laban kay Sereno
Limang Mahistrado ng Korte Suprema ang umanoy malamig na makibahagi sa deliberasyon ng Quo Warranto petition laban kay Chief Justice on leave Maria Lourdes Sereno.
Ang Quo Warranto petition ay inihain ni Solicitor General Jose Calida laban sa pagkatalaga ni Sereno bilang Punong Mahistrado ng Supreme Court.
Lima sa walong mahistrado ng Korte Suprema ang tumestigo na sa impeachment proceedings sa kamara laban kay Sereno.
Ito ay sina Associate Justices Teresita Leonardo de Castro, Diosdado Peralta, Lucas Bersamin, Francis Jardeleza at Noel Tijam.
Ang lima kasama ang iba pang mahistrado ay napilit umano si Sereno na mag-leave mula noong March 1 dahil na rin sa nakaambang impeachment trial nito sa Senado.
