Nagsagawa ng accounting of personnel sa Manila Police District (MPD).
Si National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) Chief Oscar Albayalde sa Quirino Grandstand sa Maynila.
Sa isinagawang pagbibilang nasa 4,252 lamang ang present mula sa kabuuang 5,020 na mga tauhan ng MPD.
