Solgen Calida, hahawakan ang kaso vs drug cases nina Kerwin Espinosa at iba pa

Inanunsyo ni Solicitor General Jose Calida na siya ang kakatawan sa PNP Crimininal Investigation and Detection Group sa drug cases laban kina Peter Lim at Kerwin Espinosa.

Ayon kay Calida, siya ang magsisilbing abogado ng PNP CIDG na ang kasong droga na kanilang isinampa laban kina Lim at Espinosa ay ibinasura ng Department of Justice.

Pwede aniyang kumatawan ang Solgen sa anumang korte, tribunal, body o commission sa mga kasong may epekto sa mga tao.

Sinabi ni Calida na bilang abogado ng gobyerno ay idedepensa niya ang PNP CIDG para mabaligtad ang dismissal ng mga kaso laban kina Lim at Espinosa.
