Malacañang aminadong napikon sa ICC at U.N

Ang pahayag ni United Nationas High Commissioner for Human Rights Zeid Ra’ad al-Hussein na kailangan nang sumailalim sa psychiatric test ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang naging sukdulan para mapuno ang punong ehekutibo at kumalas sa ratification ng Rome Statute na lumilikha sa International Criminal Court.

Ayon kay Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque, bagaman magkahiwalay ang United Nations at International Criminal Court ay hindi maikakaila na nagkakaroon ng sabwatan ang dalawang international organization para ipahiya at papagmukhain ang pangulo na masamang tao, na isang berdugo at mamatay tao dahil sa kanyang kampanya kontra sa iligal na droga.

Ayon kay Roque, nagkaroon na rin ng konklusyon si U.N Special Rapporteur Agnes Callamard na nauwi na sa extra judicial killings ang war on drugs ng pangulo.

Hindi rin aniya akma ang naging hakbang ni ICC Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda na isapubliko ang laman ng preliminary examination ng ICC sa war on drugs ng gobyerno.
