Wanted na drug personality sa Cotabato City, arestado ng PDEA
Bumagsak na sa kamay ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) ang isa sa pinaka-wanted na female drug personality sa Cotabato City.
Nakilala ni PDEA Director General Aaron N. Aquino ang suspek na si Arbaya M. Balilia na naaresto noong March 18, 2018 ng mga kagawad ng PDEA -Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao sa ilalim ni Director Juvenal B. Azurin sa Mother Barangay Mabini Interior, Bagua III, Cotabato.
Naaresto din ng PDEA ang mga nagpapatakbo ng drug den sa lugar na sina Gunid Mohamad Lumabao at Mariam Lumabao.
Nabatid na tinangka ni Balilia na tumakas sa pamamagitan ng pagtakbo sa bahay ng mga Lumabao kung saan ito naaresto.
Nadiskubre ng PDEA kalaunan na isang drug den ang bahay ng mga Lumabao.
Si Balilia na may warrant of arrest noon pang 2017 ay miyembro ng lokal na sindikato ng droga sa Cotabato City at Maguindanao area.
Nakumpiska mula sa mga suspek ang 10 sachet ng shabu, iba’t ibang drug paraphernalia at isang mobile phone.
Ang mga suspek ay nakatakdang sampahan ng paglabag sa Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
