Sen. De Lima, pinayagang makalabas ng PNP Custodial Center para magpa-check up
Pinayagan na ng Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court ang hirit ni Senador Leila De Lima para sa medical furlough.
Sagot ito ng Muntinlupa RTC Branch 206 sa urgent motion for medical furlough na isinumite ng senador noong February 22, 2018.
Pumayag si Munitlupa RTC Branch 206 Judge Amelia Fabros Corpuz para sa isang araw na furlough pero wala pang itinakdang eksaktong petsa para sa medical check-up nito.
Noong February 15, 2018, sumailalim si De Lima sa medical examination sa PNP General Hospital kung saan ito nakitaan ng mass sa kanyang liver o atay.
Dahil dito, inirekomenda ng doktor ni De Lima na si Dr. Errol Rhett Santelices na makalabas ng PNP Custodial Center para sumailalim sa CT scan.
Sagot ng senador ang gagastusin sa kanyang pagpapatingin.
Kaugnay nito, inatasan ng korte si CIDG-NCR Chief Sr. Supt. Bellie Tamayo para tiyakin ang seguridad ni De Lima habang inihahatid sa Phililippine Heart Center at pabalik sa PNP Custodial Center.
