43 OFWs mula Kuwait, dumating sa bansa

43 Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) pa ang nadagdag sa bilang ng mga umuwi sa Pilipinas na galing Kuwait.

Ayon sa Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) ang nasabing bilang ay panibagong batch ng mga OFWs na dumating sa Pilipinas, Biyernes (March 9) ng umaga.

Sila ay pawang napagkalooban ng amnestiya ng pamahalaan ng Kuwait at karamihan ay pawang Household Service Workers.

Gaya ng mga naunang nagsiuwi, tumanggap sila ng P5,000 cash assistance mula sa pamahalaan.

Noong Huwebes, 217 na mga OFWs mula Kuwait ang umuwi habang 169 naman noong Miyerkules.
