Tatlong katao kabilang ang isang miyembro ng Philippine Army, arestado sa buy-bust sa QC
Hindi na nakapalag pa ang isang Philippine Army matapos siyang arestuhin ng pinagsanib na pwersa ng District Special Operation Unit (DSOU), District Drugs Enforcement Unit (DDEU) ng Quezon City Police District (QCPD) katuwang ang Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP).
Kinilala ni QCPD Dir. C/supt. Guillermo Eleazar ang army official na si 2nd Lt. Hamel Samsodin, 31-anyos, kasama ring nahuli ang kaniyang asawa na si Aslumah Aliba 23-anyos, at umano’y drug runner nito na si Mohair Masicuin 28-anyos.
Nahuli ang tatlong suspek matapos na magpositibo sa kinasang buy-bust operation makaraang makabili ng P60,000 halaga ng shabu ang mga operatiba sa mga suspek nung noong March 7 sa Mapayapa Village 1, Brgy. Pasong Tamo.
Nakuha sa mga suspek ang 25 gramo ng shabu, P60,000 marked money, cal. 45 armsscor at ang service fire arm ni Samsodin na cal 45 swissvale at isang replica ng M16 Armalite at mga bala ng baril at isang hand grenade.
Si Samsodin ay nagkatakda sanang i-deploy bilang platoon leader ng 83rd Infantry Battalion sa Pili, Camarines Sur.
Ang mga suspek ay nahaharap sa paglabag sa Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 at unlawful possesion of firearm and ammunition at ang law on explosives.
