Liderato ng Kamara inakusahan ng pagsasamantala sa kaguluhan sa Supreme Court
Inakusahan ng Makabayan bloc na sinasamantala ng Kamara ang hinanakit ng ibang mahistrado laban kay Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno.
Ayon kina Bayan Muna Rep. Carlos Zarate at ACT Rep. Antonio Tinio, desperado na ang Malacañang at mga kakampi nito upang mapatalsik si Sereno dahilan upang sampahan ng quo warranto petition ang punong hukom sa Supreme Court kahit na mayroong impeachment proceedings.
Sinabi ng mga ito halata naman ang hinanakit ng ibang mahistrado kay Sereno dahil naungusan ang mga ito ng punong hukom.
Para sa Makabayan bloc, ito ang dahilan kung bakit nais ng Kamara na hintayin ang desisyon sa quo warranto petition bago pagbotohan sa plenaryo ang impeachment complaint laban kay Sereno.
