Gadon, mas nais mapatalsik si Sereno sa pamamagitan ng quo warranto proceedings
Mas gugustuhin ni Atty. Larry Gadon na mapatalsik sa pwesto si Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno sa pamamagitan ng quo warranto
proceedings.
Ayon kay Gadon, ito ay dahil matatanggal si Sereno sa pwesto gamit ang legal na batayan. Paliwanag niya, ang impeachment ay may
legal na batayan din pero may halong pulitika.
Si Gadon ang nagsampa ng impeachment complaint laban kay Sereno.
Nanawagan naman ang suspendidong abogadong si Eligio Mallari sa Office of the Solicitor General na isulong ang quo warrranto
proceedings.
Ipinunto ni Mallari ang kabiguan umano ni Sereno na magsumite ng kanyang Statements of Assets, Liabilites and Net Worth (SALN) na
requirement ng Judicial and Bar Council, at ang pagkundena ng dalawang hukom ng Korte Suprema sa kanyang appointment.
Ayon kay Gadon, batay sa mga ito, sa simula palang ay wala nang bisa ang appointment sa punong mahustrado.
Sa kabila nito, kumpyansa pa rin si Gadon na ii-impeach ng Kamara si Sereno.
