Sereno dumalo sa isang forum sa Baguio City
Kahit on-leave at maraming kinakaharap na kontrobersiya, tuloy ang pagdalo ni Supreme Court Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno sa ilang mga aktibidad.
Ngayong araw, dumalo si Sereno sa isang forum sa University of Baguio.
Sa kaniyang talumpati, tinalakay ni Sereno ang “Road to Judicial Reform”.
Binanggit ni Sereno sa kaniyang speech ang mga repormang ipinatutupad ng sangay ng hudikatura para matugunan ang problema sa justice system sa bansa.
Kabilang aniya dito ang pagkakaroon na ng e-courts, tuluy-tuloy na mga paglilitis at ang proyekto para sa court decongestion.
Ito ang kauna-unahang public engagement ni Sereno matapos niyang ihain ang kaniyang indefinite leave.
