Pagbasa ng sakdal kay customs broker Mark Taguba ipinagpaliban ng korte
Ipinagpaliban ng Manila Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 46 ang pagbasa ng sakdal sa customs broker na si Mark Taguba.
Ito ay matapos paboran ni Judge Rainelda Estacio-Montesa ang inihaing motion to defer arraignment ng kampo ni Taguba.
Sa ilalim ng rules of court mayroong 60 araw para ituloy ang arraignment simula ng isampa ang kaso.
Dahil dito, muling itinakda ng korte ang pagbasa ng sakdal sa February 23.
Si Taguba ay dumating sa Manila RTC na nakaposas ang kamay sa harapan at nakasuot ng bullet proof vest na escorted ng mga tauhan ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).
