IT consultant ni CJ Sereno na sumusweldo ng P250K kada buwan, dumalo sa impeachment hearing ngayong araw
Kinumpirma ng house justice committee ang pagdalo ngayong araw ng kinuhang information technology consultant ni Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno sa pagpapatuloy ng probable cause hearing sa impeachment complaint laban sa punong mahistrado.
Ayon kay Oriental Mindoro Rep. Reynaldo Umali, nagpasabi na sa kanila ng pagdalo si Helen Macasaet, ang IT expert na kumita ng P12 million sa loob ng limang taon mula sa kanyang P250,000 buwanan na consultancy fee sa Mataas na Hukuman.
Bukod kay Macasaet, dadalo rin sa pagdinig sina Internal Revenue Commissioner Cesar Dulay, Sandiganbayan Associate Justice Zaldy Trespeses, Court Administrator Midas Marquez at marami pang iba.
Sesentro ang pagtatanong kay Dulay sa mga tax records ni Sereno, na inaakusahang hindi nakapagsumite ng kanyang statement of assets, liabilities and net worth o SALN ng 17 beses.
Tatanungin naman si Justice Trespeses sa sinasabing manipulasyon ni Sereno sa Judicial ang Bar Council kung saan hindi isinama sa shortlist si SC Associate Justice Francis Jardeleza.
