SWS nakapagtala ng ‘record-low’ sa bilang ng mga nabibiktima ng ‘common crimes’ sa bansa

Bumagsak sa ‘record-low’ ang bilang ng mga pamilya na nagsasabing sila ay naging biktima ng common crimes sa bansa base sa pinakahuling survey ng Social Weather Stations (SWS).

Sa survey na isinagawa mula December 8 hanggang 16, nasa 7.6 percent o 1.7 million na pamilya ang nagsabing sila ay nabiktima ng common crimes gaya ng physical violence, pickpockets, magnanakaw at carnappers sa nakalipas ng anim na buwan.

Sinabi ng SWS na ang nasabing datos ay 1.5 percent na mas mataas sa naitala noong Sept 2017.

Gayunman, kung ang annual average ang pagbabasehan, ang datos sa taong 2017 ay maituturing na “record-low” sa bilang mga pamilyang nagsabi na sila nabiktima ng common crimes.
