Administrative case laban sa isang mahistrado ibinasura ng SC
Ibinasura na ng Supreme Court en banc ang kasong administratibo na kinakaharap ni Associate Justice Teresita Leonardo De Castro.
Patungkol ito sa paglalahad ni De Castro sa impeachment hearing laban kay Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno sa Kamara ng mga internal documents at communication ng Korte Suprema.
Ang nasabing reklamo ay dinismis sa pamamagitan ng unanimous vote ng Supreme en banc dahil sa kawalan ng merito.
Magugunitang makailang beses na humarap sa pagdinig ng Kamara hingil sa impeachment complaint laban sa Punong Mahistrado si Associate Justice De Castro.
Nag-inhibit sa botohan si Chief Justice Sereno.
