Aguirre: Rappler hindi dapat magdamdam sa gagawing imbestigasyon ng NBI
Hindi dapat na masamain ng online news site na Rappler ang pag-iimbestiga ng National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) sa diumano’y foreign investor nito at paglabag nila sa ilang panuntunan sa loob ng Saligang Batas.
Sa isang pahayag, sinabi ni Department of Justice (DOJ) Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II na sa halip ay dapat na ikalugod ng rappler ang pagsisiyasat dito dahil pagkakataon na ito para patunayan na mali ang ibinibintang sa kanila.
Ginawa ni Aguirre ang pahayag matapos na tawagin ng Rappler ang ipinag utos nitong case build up na isang fishing expedition at panggigipit sa press freedom.
Kaugnay nito, umapela si Aguirre sa rappler na makipag-tulungan sa imbestigasyon ng NBI para malaman ng publiko ang katotohanan.
