Pinabulaanan ni Special Assistant to the President Bong Go na pinakialaman niya ang bidding ng Department of National Defense sa pagbili ng computer system.
Ayon kay Go, hindi niya trabaho ang makisawsaw sa mga transaksyon ng DND.
Una rito, isinulong umano ni Go na aprubahan ang isang Korean company para sa computer system ng Philippine Navy.
Sinabi pa ni Go na mas makabubuting idulog na lamang kay defense secretary Delfin Lorenzana ang naturang problema.
Matatandaang una nang sinibak ni Lorenzana si Philippine Navy Flag Officer in Command Vice Admiral Ronald Joseph Mercado dahil sa pagkakasangkot nito sa iregularidad ng procurement ng computer system ng mga barko ng Philippine Navy.
