’Ang Larawan’ wagi bilang Best Picture sa MMFF awards 2017

Hindi man pumatok sa takilya, wagi naman bilang ‘Best Picture’ sa Metro Manila Film Festival Gabi ng Parangal ang pelikulang ‘Ang Larawan’.

Matatandaang maagang inalis sa ilang sinehan ang naturang pelikula dahil hindi umano ito gaanong nakakasabay sa kita ng ilan pang mga pelikulang kalahok sa Film Festival ngayong taon.

Bukod sa best picture award, ginawaran rin ng Gatpuno Antonio J. Villegas Cultural Award ang naturang movie-musical.

Nanalo rin ito bilang Best Production Design, at Best Musical Score.

Samantala, wagi naman bilang Best Director si Paul Soriano para sa Pelikulang Siargao, Best Actor in a Leading Role si Derek Ramsay para sa pelikulang ‘All of You’.

Best Actress naman si Joanna Ampil para sa pelikulang ‘Ang Larawan’.

Itinanghal naman bilang Star of the Night sina Erich Gonzales at Derek Ramsay.

Narito ang listahan ng mga nagwagi sa katatapos lamang na MMFF 2017 Gabi ng Parangal.

Best Supporting Actress – ‘Jasmine Curtis-Smith, “Siargao’
Best Supporting Actor – EA Guzman, ‘Deadma Walking’
Special Jury Prize – Coco Martin, ‘Ang Panday’
Special Jury Prize – Nick Joaquin
Gatpuno Antonio J. Villegas Cultural Award – ‘Ang Larawan’
Fernando Poe Jr. Memorial Award – Ang Panday’
Children’s Choice Award – ‘Ang Panday’
Best Screenplay – ‘All of You’
Best Editor – Mark Victor, ‘Siargao’
Best Cinematography – ‘Siargao’
Best Production Design – ‘Ang Larawan’
