Justice Teresita De Castro, kumpirmadong dadalo sa impeachment hearing laban kay Sereno
Tiyak na ang pagharap mamaya ni Supreme Court Associate Justice Teresita De Castro sa kamara para sa pagpapatuloy ng pagdinig sa impeachment complaint laban kay Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno.
Matapos bigyang go signal sa en banc kahapon ang mga mahistrado na dumalo sa pagdinig, nagpaabot ng kumpirmasyon ang tanggapan ni De Castro na ito ay haharap sa house justice committee.
Una nang sinabi ni House Justice Committee Chairman Reynaldo Umali na si De Castro ay maituturing na most explosive witness.
Posible nga ayon kay Umali na kulang ang isang araw na hearing para lamang kay De Castro.
Marami umanong bahagi ng impeachment complaint na tatalakayin ang komite kay De Castro.
Bilang mahistrado kasi, si De Castro at iba pang associate justice ng SC ang higit na nakakaalam ng mga proseso sa Mataas na Hukuman.
