Naaresto ng mga otoridad ang isa umanong miyembro ng local terror group na Ansar al-Khilafah Philippines o AKP sa Maasim, Saranggani Province.
Kinilala ang naarestong suspek na si Akbar Maguid Buyoc, alyas Abu Saipen na umano’y kanang kamay ng dating lider ng Ansar al-Khilafah Philippines na si Jaafar Maguid alyas Kumander Tokboy.
Nadakip si Buyoc, sa kasong paglabag sa Article 134 ng Revised Penal Code of the Philippines o rebelyon.
Ang suspek umano ang taga-bili ng grupo ng mga components at pyesa ng mga improvised explosive device o IED na ginagamit ng ISIS-inspired terror group.
Nang madakip, nakumpiska sa suspek ang isang fragmentation grenade.
