Tugade nagpaliwanag na hindi niya pinag-resign si Chavez sa DOTr
Mariing itinanggi ni Transportation Sec. Arthur Tugade na sapilitan niyang pinagbitiw sa pwesto ang nag-resign na si DOTr Usec. Cesar Chavez.
Sinabi ng kalihim na maayos ang kanilang relasyon ni Chavez at hanggang kahapon ay magkasama sila sa mga pulong kaugnay sa pagsasa-ayos ng ilang mga problema sa Metro Rail Transit (MRT 3).

Nagsumite ng kanyang resignation ang opisyal ilang araw makaraang kasuhan ng DOTr ng plunder ang mga dating opisyal ng Transportation Department dahil sa maanomalyang kontra ng Busan Universal Rail Inc.
