Reporter na source ni Gadon ng dokumento laban kay Sereno sinubpoena ng Kamara
Ipina-subpoena ng House Committee on Justice ang reporter ng pahayagang Manila Times na si Jomar Canlas.
Hiniling ito ni Dinagat Island Rep. Kaka Bag-ao matapos sabihin ng complainant sa impeachment complaint kay Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno na si Atty. Larry Gadon na si Canlas ang nagbigay ng impormasyon sa kanya kaugnay sa sinasabing dinoktor na TRO ni Sereno sa kaso ng Senior Citizen Partylist.
Sinabi Gadon na kinumpirma ni Canlas na galing ang impormasyon kay Associate Justice Teresita Leonardo de Castro.
Lumabas din sa pagdinig na hindi personal knowledge ni Gadon ang mga impormasyon na pinagbasehan ng reklamong impeachment.
Paliwanag ni Gadon ang mga ito ay sinabi ni Justice De Castro kay Canlas.
Gayunman, sinabi ni Gadon na base naman ang reklamo sa mga public documents.
Dahil dito tinanong ni Rep. Bag-ao si Gadon kung siya ba talaga ang complainant sa impeachment o si Associate Justice De Castro.
Maging si Supreme Court Spokesperson Atty. Theodore Te ay inimbitahan din ng komite sa susunod na pagdinig.
