Mga dating gabinete ni Aquino, inireklamo ng plunder dahil sa anomalya sa MRT-3 contract
Sinampahan ng plunder sa Office of the Ombudsman ng Department of Transportation (DOTr) ang mga dating miyembro ng gabinete ni dating Pangulong Noynoy Aquino dahil sa umano ay anomaly sa maintenance contract ng MRT-3 na pinasok ng dating administrasyon.
Ang reklamo ay inihain ni DOTr Undersecretary Reinier Yebra sa Ombudsman laban sa mga sumusunod na dating miyembro ng gabinete ng Aquino administration:
- dating DILG Secretary Mar Roxas
- dating DOTC Secretary Jun Abaya
- dating DBM Secretary Florencio Abad
- dating DOF Secretary Cesar Purisima
- dating DOE Secretary Jericho Petilla
- dating DOST Mario Montejo
- dating DND Secretary Voltaire Gazmin
- dating DPWH Secretary Rogelio Singson
- at dating NEDA Secretary Arsenio Balicasan
Kasama din sa plunder complaint ang dating undersecretaries ng DOTC na sina:
- Edwin Lopez
- Rene Limcaoco
- at Catherine Gonzales
- dating MRT-3 general Manager Roman Buenafe
- mga dating opisyal ng Bids and Awards Committee
- mga dating opisyal ng BURI
- at isang Marlo Dela Cruz
Bulto-bultong papel ang bitbit ni Yebra sa Ombudsman na pawang supporting documents sa inihaing plunder complaint.
Isinisisi ng DOTr sa maanomalyang kontrata na pinasok ng pamahalaang Aquino sa BURI ang mga kapalpakang nararanasan ngayon sa biyahe ng MRT.
