Sumuko na sa militar ang walo pang miyembro ng New People’s Army (NPA) sa Sultan Kudarat.
Ayon kay Lt. Col. Harold Cabunoc ang Commander ng 33rd Infantry Battalion sumuko ang mga rebelde kahapon ng umaga.
Isinuko rin ng mga ito ang dalawang M16 A1 assault rifles, at dalawang malalaking improvised na bomba.
Sinabi ni Captain Rogelio Agustin Jr., Commanding Officer ng Charlie Company, 33rd Infantry Battalion, nag-desisyon ang mga rebelde sumuko na dahil sa matinding pagod at gutom sa kabundukan.
