Patung-patong kaso isinampa sa nahuling Indonesian terrorist
Sinampahan na ng kaso ang naarestong Indonesian Terrorist na miyembro ng Maute Group na sumalakay sa Marawi City.
Ipinagharap ng kaso ang suspek kay Assistant State Prosecutor Ethel Rea Suril sa Quezon City Prosecutors Office.
Ito ay ayun na rin kay Police Chief Inspector Maximo Sumeg-ang ng PNP Criminal Investigation and Detection Group ( CIDG).
Nahaharap si Muhammad Ilham Syahputra ng mga kasong rebellion , illegal possession of firearms and explosives at paglabag sa International Humanitarian Law.
Ito ay may kaugnayan sa pag-atake ng Maute Terrorist group sa lungsod ng Marawi simula noong May 23, 2017.
Pagkatapos masampahan ng kaso agad na ibinalik sa Camp Crame ang Indonesian terrorist at nasa pangangalaga ng PNP- CIDG.
