Luzon Grid mananatiling naka yellow alert ayon sa NGCP
Matapos itaas ang red alert, ibinanaba na sa yellow alert ng National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) ang Luzon Grid.
Sa update mula sa NGCP mananatili ang yellow alert sa Luzon Grid mula alas 2:00 ng hapon hanggang alas 8:00 ng gabi o sa loob ng anim na oras.
Ayon sa NGCP hindi pa rin sapat ang reserba ng kuryente sa Luzon kaya mananatili ang alerto. The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines.
Sa ilalim ng yellow alert, bagaman mayroon pang reserba ng kuryente ay mababa na ito at maaring tuluyan kapusin kapag mayroong planta na bibigay.
Kaugnay nito, sinabi ng Meralco na pinaghahanda na nila ang mga korporasyon at commercial establishments na bahagi ng kanilang Interruptible Load Program (ILP).
Maari kasi silang gumamit muna ng generator sets kapag kinapos sa suplay ng kuryente upang hindi na kailanganing magpatupad ng power interruptions.
