NAIA, hindi na kasama sa listahan ng Asia’s worst air terminal ng isang travel website

Naalis na ang Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) sa listahan ng “Asia’s worst air terminals” ayon sa travel website na “Sleeping in Airports”.

Maliban sa pagkakatangal sa listahan ng mga worst air terminal sa Asya ng NAIA, apat pang Philippine terminals ang napabilang sa Asia’s 25 best for 2017.

Kabilang dito ang Iloilo International Airport (rank 12), Mactan–Cebu International Airport (rank 13), Davao Francisco Bangoy International Airport (rank 17) at Clark International Airport (rank 22).

Sa taong ito, ang Changi International Airport ng Singapore ang itinanghal na best terminal sa Asya, sumunod ang Seoul Incheon International Airport sa South Korea, Tokyo Haneda International Airport sa Japan, Hong Kong International Airport sa Hong Kong at ang Tokyo Narita International Airport sa Japan.

Magugunitang noong nakaraang taon, pang-lima ang Pilipinas bilang worst terminal sa Asya dahil sa isyu ng “tanim bala,” power outages, air-conditioning problems at kawalan ng sapat na upuan.

Ang limang worst airports base sa “Sleeping in Airports” website ay ang Tashkent International Airport sa Uzbekistan (1st), Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport sa Nepal (2nd), Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport sa China (3rd), Islamabad Benazir Bhutto International Airport sa Pakistan (4th) at Beijing Capital International Airport sa China (5th).
