Brgy. Captain sa Occidental Mindoro, arestado
Arestado ang barangay captain ng Barangay Manoot sa Rizal, Occidental Mindoro.
Nahuli si Bonifacio Paddayuman Custodio, 52 anyos, sa isinagawang operasyon ng otoridad bandang 6:35 ng umaga kahapon, October 14, 2017.
Ang operasyon ay alinsunod sa inisyung search warrant ni Judge Jose S. Jacinto Jr. ng RTC Branch 45, San Jose, Occidental Mindoro noong October 13, 2017 bunsod ng paglabag sa Republic Act No. 10591.
Sanib-pwersa naman sa naturang operasyon ang Occidental Mindoro Provincial Public Safety Company, Regional Intelligence Unit Provincial Intelligence Branch, Rizal MPS at CIDG Occidental Mindoro.
Samantala, nakumpiska ng mga otoridad ang isang kalibre kwarenta y singko na baril, dalawang magazine, pitong bala, isang dark brown gun holster at isang red sling bag.
Sa ngayon, dinala na ang suspek sa kustodiya ng CIDG Occidental Mindoro.
