CJ Sereno gustong personal na i-cross examine ang mga testigo laban sa kaniya
Nais ni Supreme Court Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno na personal na magsagawa ng cross examination sa mga testigo laban sa kanya sa kinakaharap niyang impeachment case.
Sumulat si Sereno sa kamara para igiit ang kanyang karapatan na ma-cross examine ang mga testigo.
Sa kanyang liham sa house justice committee, sinabi ng punong mahistrado na hindi lang basta resource persons ang mga taong ipiprisinta laban sa kanya kundi mga testigo na pwede niyang i-cross examine at maging ng kanyang legal team.
Ang mga resource person aniya na tatanungin ng mga miyembro ng komite ay full pledged witnesses na pwede ring tanungin ng kampo ni Sereno.
